CUSTOMER SERVICE INFORMATION | Hours of operation for customer service are Monday-Friday 10AM-6PM CST for general inquiry, questions, processing of orders and returns.  Orders are processed Monday through Friday during hours of operation. Please allow up to 14 day for processing and handling. Delivery time, however, may exceed 14 days depending on shipping method. Orders placed between 10 a.m. CST Friday through 11:59 p.m. CST Sunday will be processed the following business day. In the event that an order is placed on hold, we will notify you to collect additional information we may need in order to expedite the order. We reserve the right to cancel your order, if we do not receive a response after five business days in our attempt to contact you.
